I offer therapy for adults and adolescents in which I aim to provide a safe space to facilitate insight, offer accountability and objectivity, and importantly, warmth, empathy, and acceptance. I have been trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities including client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Ultimately, I work to provide tools to my clients that make the most sense for them.
